The Story Behind The Happy Hearts’ Creation
‘What makes me happy?’
How often do you ask yourself this question?
Natalia had never given this question much thought until August 2020. She felt like her ‘battery’ was running low and in need of a wellbeing boost. So, she created a list of self-care ideas, which included drawing, colouring and making things.
Natalia decided to draw hearts whenever she needed a moment of calm, a boost of happiness, or a way to focus on the good in life (as opposed to what was happening in the wider world).
There were only two rules: that each heart was to be completed in one sitting, and it had to include some pink to represent love.
After Natalia started sharing these heart images, it was not long before she discovered that they uplifted the hearts and minds of others too.
And the Happy Hearts Care range was born – designed to nurture, uplift and inspire.
The postcards were the first product in development, followed by the Happy Hearts Care Card Deck.
Happy Hearts Care Card Deck features 20 palm-sized cards with unique heart drawings on the front and self-care messages on the back.
