Thank you for your interest in my 21 Days of Gratitude.
Feeling grateful has so many benefits. An article in Psychology Today notes that the benefits of gratitude include:
- opening you up to more relationships and being liked
- improving your physical health
- having better and longer sleep
- reducing social comparisons and improves self-esteem
- improving mental health and strength
Starting on Monday 2 November and each subsequent weekday, you’ll receive an email from me with one of the following gratitude prompts for that day. At least once a week, I’ll also send you a bonus easy gratitude practice that you can try over the following weekend.
You can either write how you’re grateful in a notebook, just note it mentally to yourself, or share your gratitude with a friend via a quick text or message.
Appreciating all the good things in your life is such a simple way of getting into a more abundant mindset. It’s also nice if you’re wanting to create a slower and more mindful approach to life, especially as things get busier towards the end of the year.
Thanks again for joining me in these 21 Days of Gratitude.
Look out for your welcome email today and the prompt emails each weekday!
Can’t wait to get started!
