Mandalas are an ancient and sacred art form that involve creating patterns and shapes within a circle.
Drawing a mandala is a relaxing, mindfulness activity. It can also be a tool for self-expression and reflection. I use the practice of drawing mandalas to connect with my intuition. After I finish drawing I do some stream of consciousness writing to reveal the message from that mandala.

Want to learn my intuitive approach to drawing mandalas?
Well, now you can. Mindfulness through Mandala classes are coming in 2023. It’s not really a learn to draw class (although we will be drawing). It’s more about relaxing, having fun and a dedicated time creating something that allows you to shut out the world, be present and reconnect to that deeper part of yourself.
No artistic or drawing qualifications required. If you can draw a line, colour in and are open and willing to have a go, then you are more than qualified to participate.
Join the Mandala Inspiration Mailing List to be the first to learn more. Plus you’ll receive some mandala colouring pages that you can download and colour in in the meantime. Here’s are other versions of the ‘You are a Treasure’ colouring page in other colour palettes.
