‘Inner Creative Cash’ like a gift certificate or credit that you can use on Inner Creative services for you (and your business).
You have until the expiry date to use the ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit).
If you want to spend some or all of your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit), please email me telling me what you’d like to spend it on and I’ll either give you a coupon code to use or give you direct access.
Please allow 72 hours (Mon-Fri) for your request to be processed. And be mindful that during promotional/launch periods there may be higher volumes of credit processing requests so it may take longer to respond to your request. (See terms below for more detail.)

I’m excited! How are you going to spend your ‘Inner Creative Cash’?
How does it work in practice?
- You buy the gift certificate at the Inner Creative shop.
- You will receive an email confirming this after purchase. I will note in my system the ‘Inner Creative Cash’ that you have received based on your purchase (minus any postage costs) and then email you within 24 hours of your purchase to confirm this.
- You have until the credit’s expiry date to peruse my Inner Creative services and decide what you want to put your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ towards. (This time period eg. 3 months will be outlined in your confirmation email.)
- Once you’ve decided what you’d like, email me telling me what you’d like to spend either all or part of your Inner Creative Cash on. Within 72hrs, I’ll either email you back with a coupon code to use or give you direct access to the product or book your service date/time.
- For Services: You book your service date/time using the coupon code or direct booking link. And then we get to work with each other :-).
For products: If you receive a coupon then you proceed to purchase the products in the Inner Creative shop or we organise shipping to you if direct access has been given.
Other Terms and Conditions about ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit)
- ‘Inner Creative cash’ (credit) is based on the amount paid in AUD and is then used for Inner Creative services or products in AUD.
- If you use ‘Inner Creative cash’ (credit) to purchase a product or service that has a sale, promotion or launch that includes discounts, extras or bonuses, you will also receive those extras, discounts, or bonuses too.
- You cannot use ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) in amounts less than $5.
- If you’re emailing to redeem Credit within the final day/hours of a launch, sale or promotion, please be mindful that there may be a higher volume of credit requests to process and that Inner Creative is based in Melbourne, Australia and operates in AEST/AEDT time zone.
- Provided Natalia/Inner Creative has received your request via email to use your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) before the launch/promotion/price increase deadline, any discounts, offers, or bonuses will still be honoured for at least 24 hours after Inner Creative has emailed a response to your request.
- ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) is not refundable, unless under Australian Consumer Law.
- ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) is not transferable to another person or business.
- ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) cannot be applied retrospectively. That is, you cannot put it towards reducing an existing payment plan or another Inner Creative session that you’ve previously booked and paid for.
Also, the price of the service when you redeem the ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) is what it is. So, if the price of a service goes up before you email Natalia telling her how you want to use the ‘Inner Creative Cash’ then the new service price applies. As previously noted about launches, sales or promotions, the price of the service at the date/time that your email is received will be honoured. - Please do not expect Natalia/Inner Creative to inform you of any price, term or service changes while you hold ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit). Natalia Walker (Inner Creative) reserves the right to modify my products, services, terms and prices at any time, so please review them frequently.
- Inner Creative’s general policies apply to ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit). For example, I do not offer a refund if you change your mind or for a change of circumstances, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
In saying this, my clients and customers are important to me. I want you to be completely satisfied. If there are any issues or questions with your purchase or booking, please contact me immediately. I will endeavour to work with you as best I can to find a solution. - If, in the event you wish to claim a refund on a purchase you made using ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) (either in full or in part), please refer to Inner Creative’s Terms and Conditions. Any full or partial payments that were made using Inner Creative cash (‘credit’) will be refunded in ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit), not in money/AUD. The Expiry Date will be adjusted accordingly (if necessary).
- Inner Creative Cash (‘credit’) is valid for either:
1. A fixed period of time from the date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid 6 months from date of issue) or
2. A fixed period of time between two fixed dates or from purchase to a fixed expiry date, independent of the date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid between November 30th 2025 and December 31st 2025 or valid from purchase until 30 June 2026). - The validity period and/or expiry date of your Inner Creative Cash (‘credit’) is confirmed via email at purchase/issue.
- The last day of your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) being valid is known as your Expiry Date. ‘Inner Creative Cash’ credit expires at midnight AEST time on that Expiry Date. Any unused or unspent ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) will no longer remain valid after the Expiry Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.
- Expiry Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- As a courtesy, you will be sent an automated email reminder 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) Expiry Date. However, please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your ‘Inner Creative Cash’ (credit) before the Expiry Date.
