Digital products are shipped immediately after payment via email, unless noted (e.g. pre-order items).
Physical product orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, unless noted (e.g. pre-order items).
All physical product items are shipped by Australia Post standard postage.
In Australia, you can choose between standard or express postage.

Each item is packed securely, so it should reach you in good condition. In the event that you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, please do not hesitate to email me to arrange a replacement.
Inner Creative does not offer a refund if you change your mind. Please carefully consider your purchases before buying them.
Any duties or customs fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Product Shipping Destinations and Rates (as at 01/07/2025)
Inner Creative mainly ships physical products within Australia, apart from Mandala Inspiration Personalised Card Readings which can be sent any where in the world and postage is included in the product price.
Please contact me to arrange shipping to another country. Shipping rates are applied at a flat fee based on destinations. (A Paypal invoice will be issued for payment.)
Product Shipping in Australia:
All cards have free standard postage included within their price. This is explicitly stated on the product page for each item that this applies to.
Other tangible products are shipped at a flat rate of $12 AU (standard postage).
You have the option to select Express Delivery at a flat rate of $15 AU.
Free standard postage on all Australian cart orders totalling over $85 AU.
Please note that at this stage the shipping calculator works only for tangible products.
In a case, where standard shipping is incorrectly applied to a cart totalling $85 AU or more with both digital and tangible goods, then a refund will be provided on standard shipping after purchase.

Inner Creative is an online store, and does not currently operate a retail outlet. Please contact Natalia for pick up enquiries.

Estimated Product Shipping Times
In Australia (depending on whether the destination is within Victoria or interstate), expect your product to take:
- 3-6 business days with standard postage
